LakeFront Sunrise Cottage

Catch sunrises or fish at this 2/1 lakefront house with sandy beach and private boat house! This cheery cottage is perfect for sunrises with coffee or exploring beautiful Lake Sebring on kayaks (included with booking). Plenty of parking onsite (bring your boat trailer), you will love this oasis on the lake!

We want your stay to be pleasant and carefree so we do not require our guests to do any dishes, laundry, or other cleaning when checking out. Our housekeeping crew will take care of you!

Master bedroom features a queen bed and lake views. Second bedroom includes bunkbeds with a twin and full mattress. Lovely bathroom with shower. Modern kitchen with stainless appliances and open-plan. The home includes a pull-out sleeper sofa and futon sleeper for additional guests. Dining room space for six. Bright and beautiful living room with lake views. Wifi throughout the house is excellent and will accommodate those who need to work from home. Laundry room with washer and dryer available for all guests.

Whole house is available to guests including the boat house! Public boat ramp is only 1/2 mile away. Self check-in via keycode lock.

We live and work in Sebring. We love to host and are usually nearby if you need assistance. Text will typically get an immediate response.

Plenty of onsite parking. One covered parking spot and 5 additional open air parking spaces. Backyard features a firepit for cooler weather. Note that there is no barrier between the house and the lake. Because it is a very short walk from the backdoor to the lake, I DO NOT recommend this location if you have toddlers.
Guests are welcome to have a small fire in the provided firepit. The firepit must remain on the concrete pad and cannot be moved to any other location. No fire on the deck, boardwalk, or boat house. Leave the coals and ashes in the firepit for disposal by host. Do not dump coals/ash into the trashcans or the lake.

Aaron and Summer are the best hosts! We loved our stay here. Everything was exceptional. The deck is the perfect place to soak in peace and serenity. Our Sheltie loved ealking on the dock. We are already talking about a return stay next year I highly recommend this venue to anyone.

This was the most amazing place I’ve stayed in a long time. Beautiful view, access to the lake, wildlife, well cared for home. Comfortable bed and pillows. Even the towels were fluffy and smelled great. Super clean. Access to the rental couldn’t have been easier. Thank you for such a great send off from Tampa!

Fantastic accommodations

The accommodations are perfect, comfortable furnishings, and beautiful views. We went paddle boarding and kayaking on the lake. The host communicated very effectively and provided valuable local history, activities and dining options. Highly recommend this accommodation and we will return.

Beyond our expectations!

The Sunrise Cottage (aptly named!) met and exceeded our expectations. It was VERY clean, well appointed, charming, spacious, and homey. Communication with the host was above and beyond as well. We would highly recommend staying here if you come to Sebring and want a taste of life by the lake!

Birthday Getaway

This adorable house on Lake Sebring was the perfect spot for my birthday stay. It's close to the Sebring Circle and a lot of restaurants. The house had everything that we needed and the communication with Aaron was exceptional. We will be back again when it's cooler out so we can enjoy sitting outside by the lake. We also wanted to explore the state parks that were close by.

The views were ahhhmazing. The cottage was adorable and well stocked. The host were above and beyond. We were welcomed with a chilled bottle of wine and a basket of snacks. Unfortunately, our coffee pot quit working on morning two, but we had a new one delivered in under an hour. The only suggestion I could give is more comfortable furniture in the living room. However, no complaints to be had. We loved our time there and it will be our go-to moving forward when visiting Sebring

I NEVER write reviews. But the hospitality and overall property condition were so good, I had to write one. We booked the cottage for a couple's weekend. The property is gorgeous and perfect for what we needed. In addition, the owners provided snacks, wine and instructions to leave the cleaning completely to them. Was one of the best vacation rental experiences I've encountered. In addition, downtown Sebring just received an HGTV makeover and is a great visit.
