Loved the hotel- room was super clean and staff was very accommodating. The bed was soft and comfy. The breakfast was fabulous and included fluffy blueberry pancakes one day and a delicious omelette the next. We used the fitness room, but it was a little too cold for us to use the pool or hot tub, although other people did. My only complaint: they use some kind of air freshener or carpet powder in the hallways that was unpleasant at best and migraine-triggering at worst.

We reserved a room with two beds, because we were a family of four. At checkin, I (a woman) was told that the our only option was room with one bed with a sofa. I asked why I wasn’t being given the room that I reserved and I was told that the hotel was oversold and there are no other rooms. I had pre-paid, so I felt I had no option but to take this room. After I went back to our car, my husband went inside and complained - now, suddenly, there were adjoining rooms available to us. I don’t understand why I was told there was no options, yet my husband was offered a second room. The room itself was nice, there’s a small kitchenette in each. Breakfast was crowded and most things were empty - a yogurt bar with empty yogurt tubs and empty containers of toppings, empty baskets for pastries, etc. These items were not replenished. Overall, the hotel is a nice property, but the service and experience is lacking.
