For shared use: large, well-kept garden, lawn for sunbathing, indoor pool heated (13 x 6 m). Children's playground. In the house: lounge, sauna, lift, storage room for bicycles, storage room for skis, central heating system. Motor access to the house. Parking at the house. Grocery 600 m, restaurant 100 m, bakery 400 m, pedestrian zone 600 m, 5 minute walk to the centre, bus stop 30 m, railway station 600 m, outdoor swimming pool 1 km, indoor swimming pool 1 km, public bathing area 1.5 km, bathing lake "Wildsee" 1.2 km. Golf course (18 hole) 1.5 km, indoor tennis centre 1 km, sports centre 1 km, gondola lift 400 m, skisport facilities, ski bus stop 30 m, ski school, children's ski school. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Rosshütte 400 m, Geigenbühel 400 m, Gschwandkopf 2 km. Please note: ski bus (free of charge). Additional accommodations can be booked. FeWO-Direkt Canceled one day before the stay. No compensation.
I can not say anything about the object as FeWo-direkt and the agency they work with canceled my (CONFIRMED!) booking one day before arrival. Despite me asking they did not provide any compensation what so ever nor did they provide support in finding another accommodation. Worst experience on a stay ever.
