There is a direct access to the lake from the yard. **Please note - due to current condition of the Lake Placid dam, the water level is much lower than normal. You are still able to enjoy kayaking, paddle boarding, fishing, and swimming.

Step outside and experience a slice of paradise on the water. The back deck and upper balcony provide breathtaking views of the Guadalupe River, perfect for watching the ever-changing hues of the sunset. Dive into the peaceful river, perfect for wading, floating, and water sports. Kayaking, paddleboarding, and fishing await right at your doorstep. The river is known for its excellent fishing, with species like bass, blue cats, and channel cats populating the area.
Easily access the water via the boat ramp on the adjoining property, where you can launch kayaks, paddle boards, and other water toys. The shallow, slow-moving waters (averaging 2-5 feet) are ideal for relaxing on the water and enjoying the natural beauty of the river.

Please note: Water levels in the area are currently lower due to repairs on the Lake Placid Dam, but the setting remains perfect for water activities and enjoying the peaceful flow of the river. Pictures reflect current water levels.
