Haus und Lage gut, Management enttäuschend

Wir haben kurzfristig dieses Haus für eine Woche gebucht (3 Tage vor Ankunft). Wir mussten extra in ein Büro fahren um den Vertrag zu unterzeichnen sowie den Schlüssel zu holen. Das Haus hatte keine Bettwäsche. Hinzumieten war zu spät (1 Woche vorher melden). Im Inserat stand davon nichts! Wir mussten die Bettwäsche selber kaufen gehen. Zudem war die Reinigung nicht inbegriffen. Wir mussten also noch selber Reinigen. Im Inserat war das nicht vermerkt. Die Lage und das Haus sind aber gut. Ruhig und relativ nahe zum Strand (10mim zu Fuss).
