Great location, Beautiful home

This is a beautiful 3 story townhome. Very well kept and great location. Use of the golf cart makes trips around the property easy and fun. Only issue was that there was no mention of additional costs to the neighborhood for use of the pool. Otherwise it was a very nice place and stay for our family.

Updated and clean property in a fabulous community!

We live in Bayside and rented this home so our daughter could have senior week at our home with her friends. It was nicely updated and very clean, and included all linens. The use of the golf cart was also great! Located super close to SunRidge for tennis, pickleball, and pool!

Great vacation stay!

We had a great stay! Owner easy to communicate with. Check in and out all remote. The home was clean, updated, spacious and perfect for a family. Plenty of clean Linens and towels! Plenty of parking. The location in bayview can’t be beat. Loved having access to the pools and ability to use the golf cart provided by the property! Close to the family pool with splash pad for kids and a playground. Perfect for families! Definitely will be staying again in the future. If you have small children bring a portable gate because there are 3 floors and lots of stairs. Worked perfectly for us!

Bayside, Delaware Vacation

If you are looking for a vacation spot that will check just about all the boxes go to Bayside in Delaware. Great community and close to the beach. The townhouse was perfectly located and owner provided golfcart was a big hit with the kids! The owner was very helpful in getting us set for a great week. Highly recommend the property and Bayside!

This home was bigger than expected and welcoming. Located in a very clean and quiet community. Tons of things to do in the community plus very convenient to go to multiple beaches! Amazing place and we would definitely go back!

Fantastic rental

The home was beautiful and the community amenities were amazing! It was a longer drive to the beach than expected but it was a holiday weekend. Definitely get the amenity pass which allows access to the gym, kayaks, pools etc. I would definitely recommend this property!
