Complete with all the comforts of home, this two-bedroom gem boasts waterfront views and direct access to the bay by way of private dock. A shaded ground-floor patio offers a breezy spot for afternoon cocktails, with a wood-burning firepit included for s'mores and starlight gatherings. The sunny upper deck comes furnished with a grill and a covered dining table for family cookouts. Fenwick Island beaches, attractions, and dining are just minutes from home.

The full kitchen includes wraparound bar seating and high-top table complete with a smart TV for mealtime entertainment. Plush sofas and a chaise lounge set the stage for casual downtime in the living room, with an additional smart TV equipped for home movie nights. Both bedrooms and a full bathroom can be found upstairs. An additional full bath is available on the main floor. Home essentials include mounted air-conditioners, free WiFi, and a private washer/dryer.

We enjoyed our stay. The property is in a great location
. Close to all the shops and restaurants in fenwick island and north ocean city. Easy drive to rehobeth and other points of interest. The home has access to the canal for quick launching of kayaks and we were even able to catch some crabs right from the property. It has tons of potential 
 but could use some updates 
.outside especially. The waterfront area is very muddy 
. Seems it may be prone to flooding so this could be why ..but it definitely makes it extra buggy at night. All the resin chairs downstairs were cracked and the picnic tables have seen better days. We covered them with some tablecloths to make the best use of the space. The listing says there is a fire pit and there is not, luckily we brought our solo stove so we could still have a fire in evening. The grill was very dirty and the grease trap was overflowing. The information says the guests should clean it after use but it seems no one in checking that it is actually being done. We had to buy a brush and give it a good cleaning. The kitchen is pretty well equipped
 most things you could need are there. When we arrived the home was warm even though the a/c units were on. They just needed the filters cleaned out then they worked fine. I feel as though the company that the owner uses to clean and maintain the property may just not be as thorough as they should be
. They did provide linens but should be a couple more towels.

Comfortable, Convenient, Great sunset

We had an easy check in. The house is very convenient to the beach, entertainment, and restaurants. It’s a quiet area which is important to our family. We took walks and had an amazing sunset.

Great location, needs cleaning

The location was great and it was a really good setup. The house severely needed a deep clean. The AC units had mold, the bathrooms weren’t great, when we opened the sofa beds they still had dirty sheets with physical dirt and leftover items on them. Also it seemed like everything had been off when we got there. So the house was extremely hot the whole first night u til the air had more time to run, and the fridge was so old it didn’t cool down until the next day and we lost a whole order of groceries we had gotten that night. When I asked about it it was a known thing yet not only was nothing done about it we weren’t given a heads up to wait to get groceries or anything.

Thanksgiving 2023

Great place! The deck was great for morning coffee, our pup enjoyed the views. The kitchen was great, and well stocked for us to be able to make our Thanksgiving feast. The neighborhood is very friendly. There was just 3 people and a dog, but we could have very comfortably had 4 or 5 more people stay with us.

The property was as advertised and in good proximity to the beach and some very good restaurants. Great location on the canal and enjoyed kayaking and hanging out at the house. House is well stocked with everything you need to make meals in home and nicely appointed for a beach house.

Great location!!

Clean, upkept, has everything you need. Loved the deck overlooking the Canal to the bay area. My dogs loved being able to swim right into the water. Canoed right out into the bay in 5 minutes. Close to some of the best restaurants. Harpoon Hannas has great food (we had to do takeout, not dog friendly, but looks like a super fun spot right on water, and 2 min drive from house), Dirty Harry's less than 5 min from house has best breakfast, to die for French toast. We planned on going to the beach, but with the property being right on the bay, we loved it and just relaxed with our very own view of the waters from the deck regularly. Would definitely recommend!
