Extremely friendly staff

Great place to stay. Super friendly staff. Comfortable bed. Kitchenette in room with 2 queen beds with refrigerator, 1 burner stove top, microwave, and sink. Nice shower pressure. Would definitely stay again. Notice: no elevator, so if handicapped you will need to ask for 1st floor room. Right beside Cracker Barrel :) Safe area with food options.

Parking was fine. It was a quiet part of town. The room was not as clean as it could have been, but the staff made up for the lack of cleanliness. The breakfast was adequate. Not a feast, but plenty to fuel your day.

Opened the door to the room, immediately seen 3 bugs (presumably baby roaches) crawling up the door and near the television. The staff moved us to a room 2 doors down. Once we got our new room went to the local store and purchased sticky bug traps and placed 4 of them throughout the new room. Guess we should have purchased more and put some in the bathroom as well since we seen the same type of bug on the floor under the sink. The staff blamed it on previous guests having food inside the rooms. The place looked like it had been painted multiple times yet the walls in our room still had dirt stains on multiple walls. The fridge had rust specs its doors, the wall bases had gaps and looked like it was put together like a puzzle with patchy sections with gaps were bugs and spiders were. The corner of the sheets were a yellowish off white compared to the rest of the sheet, the bathroom towels had the same stain. We ended up buying a cheap sheet, blanket, and towels to shower with for our stay. Lastly, a more common thing we've seen was hair stuck to the bath tub before ever using it.

WOULD STAY HERE AGAIN!!

There was a HUGE festival going on the weekend we stayed here. Hotel rooms were almost impossible to find OR the hotels were charging anywhere from $400-$900 a night. We found this Days Inn for a great price but weren’t sure what to expect. This Days Inn has been remodeled with very nice upgrades! IT WAS VERY CLEAN! The owners were so nice and helpful! They don’t have an elevator but they offered to help us with our luggage. (However, we didn’t need their help.) Our room had 2 queen beds with a stove for cooking and a good size refrigerator (not like a dorm fridge). We would definetly stay there again.

Oh, the smell....

We walked in the room - and the smell as horrible. A very "musty" or "moldy" smell. As we arrived very late, and were only able to get about 4 hours of sleep; we opened the windows, aired it out and went to sleep.
