Dream location for a dream vacation. The holiday park Seedorf is located in the middle of the Rügener spa triangle directly on the idyllic Boddenseite of the Baltic Sea on Lake Neuensiener.

The Baltic Sea cycle path leads directly through Seedorf, on bike paths are the old seaside resorts Sellin, Binz and Göhren or the beautiful hunting lodge Granitz reachable.

Unique and quiet location, right on the water in one of the most beautiful resorts in Ruegen, and the sophisticated flair of the seaside resorts Binz, Sellin, Göhren and Baabe in the immediate vicinity (about 3-8 km away) promise an unforgettable holiday.

The 4-star holiday park is located in the rural idyll of the island of Rügen in the old fishing village Seedorf. The unique hilly landscape with colorful fields and meadows, the maritime flair of the Baltic Sea and last but not least the small marina (300m from the holiday park) with many sailing and sport boats make the very special charm of the pretty fishing village Seedorf and its surroundings.

Here in the middle of the holiday park Seedorf is our good and high quality equipped apartment 'lake view' on the ground floor with heated conservatory, terrace, sauna-single use. Pure relaxation.

Telephone and Internet: The apartment has internet with wireless LAN and telephone landline connection. The use of telephone (telephone in the German fixed net without chargeable special numbers) and Internet is free of charge for our guests.

Equipment - Furnishing: The apartment is equipped with a flat-screen TV. For the furniture, we make sure that non-polluting surface materials are used, the walls are painted with Rüganer chalk wall paint, no plastic part.

Therefore, we can recommend the apartment for allergy sufferers.

People with very limited mobility should note that seating and beds in the apartment are at normal heights and the shower is not level.

14 Tage in der Ferienanlage Seedorf
Die Fewo Nr. 4 im Haus Mönchgut ist, obwohl mit 72 m² relativ klein, sehr hübsch und die 3 Schlafzimmer sind ausreichend. Es war sehr viel Dreck unter Betten u. Sofa.Der Küchenbereich ist etwas eng. Die Benutzung eines Schlüsselkastens mit Code ist optimal. Der Blick über den See ist insbesondere in den Abendstunden wunderschön. Die Nutzung der Kurkarte ist ein wenig tricky, die SellinApp ist durchaus hilfreich. Ein wirkliches Problem stellt die Nutzung der Waschmaschinen im Keller des Fischerhauses dar. Von den drei Automaten war einer defekt und der 2. entpuppte sich als eine Art drycleaner, was allerdings nicht gekennzeichnet ist. Erst nach Bezahlen von 3 € bemerkt man, was passiert. Es ist mir völlig unbegreiflich, wieso die Betreiber der Anlage mit dutzenden Ferienwohnungen überhaupt so ein Gerät aufstellen konnten. Ruft man die im Waschraum hinterlegte Telefon-Nummer des Hausmeisters Herrn Friedrich an, wird man schroff abgewiesen, er sei nicht zuständig. Was soll das? Wollen Sie sich über die Gäste lustig machen? Die meisten Gäste kommen mit Kindern und wollen zwischendurch insbesondere Kindersachen waschen. Wir mussten sogar Handtücher zwischendurch waschen, weil wir nicht 3 sondern zunächst nur 2 der zugesagten Handtücher erhielten und sich die Nachlieferung verzögerte. Die Ferienwohnungen werden von unterschiedlichsten Reinigungsfirmen gesäubert. Frau Wüstenfeld, die Dame unserer Reinigungsfirma, ist ebenfalls eine eher abweisende und wenig kooperative Person.

Oma-Opa-Enkel-Urlaub
Unser Aufenthalt war insgesamt sehr schön. Die Kommunikation mit der Eigentümerin erfolgte unkompli-ziert,sehr freundlichund hilfreich. Der Fahrradservice war perfekt, auch die Einrichtung der Wohnung. Leider ist die Terrasse bei schönem Wetter kaum nutzbar, da kein Sonnenschutz vorhanden ist. Die Gegend ist wunderschön zum Radfahren und Wandern, die Ostsee ist sehr gut auch per Rad zu erreichen.

Rundum Wohlgefühlt
Wir konnten unseren Urlaub auf der Insel Rügen richtig genießen. Den wunderschönen Ausblick auf den Neuensiener See konnten wir morgens beim Frühstück genießen und abends wurde die Aussicht noch vom Sonnenuntergang unterstrichen. Die Kinder fühlten sich mit dem Spielplatz und dem Kicker auch sehr wohl und hatten Spaß. Ein kleines Problem hatten wir, aber das kann immer passieren, die Vermieterin hat sich aber sofort drum gekümmert und so konnte alles schnellst möglich bestmöglich behoben werden. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und glücklich eine so nette Vermieterin gehabt zu haben und haben unseren Aufenthalt in der Ferienwohnung sehr genossen! Schade nur das in der Ferienwohnungsanlage momentan kein Bäcker und Restaurant ist. Liebe Grüße Familie Voigt

Frau Weissenborn ist eine sehr nette Vermieterin, die spontan auf ein Problem reagieren konnte. Das Haus ist geräumig, hell und sehr schön eingerichtet. Wir haben uns als 5-köpfige Familie sehr wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.

Sehr schöner Urlaub
Wir haben die Wohnung genau so wie in der Beschreibung aufgeführt vorgefunden. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter vorab war sehr gut und die benötigten Unterlagen habe ich frühzeitig erhalten, es waren sogar Termine für die Freizeitgestaltung mit bei den Unterlagen. Nach einer kurzen Mail wegen eines kleinen Problemes wurden wir binnen einer Stunde vom Vermieter angerufen und es konnte alles zu unserer Zufriedenheit geklärt werden. So freundlich und hilfsbereit habe ich noch keinen Vermieter angetroffen. Also Resümee der Reise kann ich diese Ferienwohnung und den Vermieter nur nochmals unseren Dank aussprechen und weiterempfehlen.

Schöner Urlaub
Sehr schöne, ruhig gelegene Wohnung. Es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht und sehr sauber. Die Anlage ist auch sehr gepflegt. In die Tiefgarage kommt man mit einem Bulli, bis 2m Höhe, locker rein ☺. Die Erdgeschosswohnung ist komplett barrierefrei. Die Lage ist ein guter Startpunkt um das Umland mit dem Fahrrad zu erkunden. Die Fahrradwege sind auch sehr gut ausgebaut. Wir hatten einen schönen Urlaub in Seedorf mit zwei Erwachsenen und drei Kindern.
