Welcome to the Appartment Balance!   Our generously and stylishly furnished apartments of the Balance category are designed for a maximum of 4 guests and offer you a living room and two bedrooms as well as a vestibule with a cloakroom. In the two bedrooms separated by the living room, there is a large wardrobe and a comfortable double bed with bedside tables and reading lamps. In the living area a large table with chairs, a cozy loggia with rattan furniture and a large sofa set form a generous living ensemble. Here every guest will find at least one favorite corner. Further facilities include a fully equipped kitchenette, cable radio / TV, DVD player and board games. Do not be surprised if your little ones want to go for a wash with us and then stay longer: the very large bathroom with a corner bath for two, shower, toilet and towel dryer may then be responsible. A second bathroom with shower and toilet is directly accessible from one of the two bedrooms. The apartments, designed in warm and friendly colors, are laid out with laminate flooring and convey a cozy living atmosphere. On a belonging to the villa terrace, you can z. B. in the evening barbecue. The apartments can be reached with a lift, with which you dressed in a bathrobe, comfortable in the spa or Fitness days arrive. Villa Vitalis - Apartments and wellness on RügenOur Villa Vitalis was newly built in 2005 and offers recreation-seeking guests year-round six beautiful apartments for 2 to 4 guests and numerous beneficial spa services.   The villa is centrally located between the two fine sandy beaches of the seaside resort of Sellin, which in turn belongs to Rügen's famous seaside resort. Only a few meters away are Sellin's famous Wilhelmstrasse with its historic guest houses and hotels, built in the style of seaside architecture, at the end of which is Sellin's landmark, the 330-meter-long pier with pier. For your stay with us we offer you various, modern and stylishly furnished apartments (35, 45 and 72 square meters, with Internet access).   The comfortable design of the apartments in warm, friendly colors allows up to four guests an untroubled holiday pleasure. The villa also has a small garden with terrace and barbecue.   Parking spaces are sufficiently available on the property. For your brought bikes is a garaging available.
