Family friendly cabin with an exclusive view of a waterfall on the Okatoma River

At the heart of Seminary, MS you can enjoy an exclusive view of one of the largest waterfalls on the river. Located on the banks of the Okatoma River this cabin boast views of the most popular river in MS. You will enjoy two spacious bedrooms and a huge loft that can sleep 4. Central air/heat with an optional wood stove for that true cabin experience! Washer and Dryer available. Spacious front porch with rocking chairs and a swing that overlooks the waterfall. Activities include walking trails, swimming, fishing.

Pet fee covers maximum of 2 pets. Additional pets are an additional $20 per pet. Early check in or late check out are an additional $50.00

What an amazing, peaceful, secluded stay! It was stunning and way more beautiful and serene in person. I thoroughly enjoyed all the woodwork details inside the house and the unbelievable sound and sight of the waterfall. My kids loved playing in the water and on the sandy beach areas. The house had everything we needed and more. And the king size bed was like sleeping on a cloud. We loved it here!

This is an amazing place to reconnect with family and nature! Everything is exactly like the website says and more! The cabin is beautiful and the view from the porch is beautiful.🤩 The sound of the waterfall was amazing! Best spot on the river. The cabin is wonderful and stocked for cooking or grilling. Piggly Wiggly is a short drive north. The only thing that would make the cabin perfect is a TV in the other bedroom.
