Great location- embedded in Sendai station and within minute from shops and restaurants. Spacious and clean rooms, and helpful staff. Good amenities such as a lounge with free drinks, small gym, coin laundry. I would stay here again.

Wow wow wow. love the new interiors, plumbing and electrical fixtures, just too many to mention and you gotta come and experience it. There are USB-C plugs in the room. Check-in was convenient and friendly and very accommodating when we added a third person to the room on short notice. We will be revisiting it in the future for sure.

The location is great as it is connected to the station. Facilities are well maintained, lounge is convenient for a nice cuppa of coffee. However, the hotel is more for business traveller and for short stay, there is no coin laundry facility thus it’s a bit inconvenient if needed self service laundry for family with kids.
