I enjoy staying here and we have stayed here many times but it has changed in the last couple of years. Before they would say welcome back and now they treat me like Im new to their property every time. Also they act nervous with people appearing to be foreign where before their staff was comfortable and welcoming to everyone.

Kudos to the chef!

Dinner in teppanyaki was fantastic! The chef was very accommodating with our food restrictions and put a lot of effort and care into the food. Highly recommend! The restaurant hostess at breakfast was also very attentive to our needs. Unfortunately the reception staff were not as hospitable as they refused to let me attend the yoga workshop as we arrived at midnight and they needed confirmation by 6pm. In addition, they didnโ€™t offer to help us with the luggage when we arrived after a 16-hour journey.

Surprised by the large space of the room and bath, no problem to accommodate our group of three people. Sendai Daikannon also visible on good weather. Although not located in city centre, it's next to a DFO complex so shopping and dining are just several minutes walking away.
