Weekend Away with Friends
With a group of 17 people we stayed at the accommodation. We had the whole top floor and one room on the floor below. In one of the rooms we could join all the tables together for breakfast and dinner. And the accommodation is connected with the Biergarten were we could have sit outside if the weather was better.

Leider renovierungsbedürftig und schlecht ausgestattet!
Hier sibd dringend Renovierungsarbeiten erforderlich, insbesondere der sanitären Anlagen. Die Ausstattung ist schlecht, es fehlt an Tassen Gläsern, Küchenutensilien. Für 1 Nacht war es okay, Ferien würde ich nicht dort machen wollen.

Wir hatten 3 Appartements gebucht. Das Platzangebot ist super. Die Appartements waren sauber. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist grenzwertig. Toilettendeckel fehlen, die Toilettenbrille ist lose. Beim Duschen in Appartement 3 setzt man das Bad unter Wasser, nicht schön aber erträglich. Ich empfehle den Besuch bei Ikea, da könnte man für wenig Geld die Küchen einmal solide ausstatten. Straßenlärm haben wir keinen gehabt, da die Straße die unmittelbar vor dem Gebäude verläuft, wegen Bauarbeiten gesperrt ist. Insofern kann ich eine frühere Kritik nicht bestätigen aber nachvollziehen. Es handelt sich um ein altes (tolles) Gebäude mit viel Potential, welches noch zu heben wäre.

Laut und abgewohnt - nicht zu empfehlen
Wir hatten die Wohnungen für ein Familienwochenende mit 3 Familien gebucht. Leider haben die Wohnungen hinsichtlich Zustand und Sauberkeit unsere Erwartungen auf Basis der Anzeige überhaupt nicht erfüllt. Die Wohnungen liegen in einem Fachwerkhaus an der Hauptdurchfahrtstraße in Sendenhorst. Bei Durchfahrt von LKWs wackeln die Wände und die Fenster können den Straßenlärm nicht abhalten. Ohne Ohrenstöpsel war in den Zimmern auf der Straßenseite an Schlaf nicht zu denken. Generell ließen die Wohnungen auch in Bezug auf Austattung und Sauberkeit sehr zu wünschen übrig. - Das Geschirr war bei Ankunft zum Teil noch verschmutzt - Ein Fenster liess sich nicht schließen und der Geschirrspüler war defekt -Es fanden sich größere Stellen von Schimmel in den Bädern - Steckdosenverkleidungen waren lose und hingen aus der Wand raus - Verschiedene Lampen und Glühbirnen waren kaputt oder nicht mehr wie auf den Abbildungen vorhanden (z.B. gab es keine Nachttischleuchten) - Schränke waren zum Teil mit Schrott zugestellt und somit nicht nutzbar. - Ein Toilettendeckel fehlte...die Mängelliste war lang. Darüber hinaus sind die Wohnungen insgesamt abgewohnt. Wir haben den Vermieter und fewo-direkt über die Mängel informiert. Leider hat der Vermieter sowohl unsere Nachricht als auch die Kontaktaufnahme seitens fewo-direkt ignoriert. Wir raten von einer Buchung hier dringend ab!

Tolle Wohnungen, auch mit Schülern
Wir haben einen Schulausflug nach Sendenhorst gemacht und drei Wohnungen gebucht. Alle waren sehr sauber und gut eingerichtet. Zusätzlich durften wir noch die Terrasse mitbenutzen, womit wir gar nicht gerechnet hatten. Es hat den Aufenthalt perfekt gemacht. Dankeschön

Wir waren mit einer Gruppe Jungs dort. Am ersten Abend waren wir in der Wohnung und am zweiten in Münster. Wir konnten in Ruhe Zeit verbringen und hatten mit der Kneipe im Erdgeschoss einen super Ort für das erste Essen nach der Ankunft. Busstation war um die Ecke und war nicht sonderlich teuer. Für ein gutes Wochenende unter Freunden, die mal etwas anderes sehen wollen war es voll in Ordnung.
