This lovely house in Seneca offers 3 bedrooms on the main level including 1 king beds and 2 queen beds. The master bathrooms features a shower, jetted bathtub, hair dryer, and flat iron for added convenience. All bedrooms have smart tv's with Roku.

The basement includes a family bedroom with access through garage that includes 1 king bed and 2 twin beds, large tv, and recliner. A cozy basement living room with Laundry area and additional fridge for food and beverage. Features 2 recliners and 2 futons for additional sleepers, a large tv with PS4 and plenty of DVD's and PS4 games.

There is plenty of space to relax after a day of exploring. Starting with the large sectional couch, recliner, and swivel chair in the upstairs living room. And just steps away is the screened in porch and large deck where you can enjoy the sounds of nature or your favorite program on tv.

Enjoy all that Seneca has to offer when you stay at our place. Clemson University is a short drive away or enjoy a scenic boat ride to The Grill at Clemson Marina and cast a line along the way.

This a beautiful, well-maintained property in a quiet neighborhood. The view of the lake from the living room, screened patio, and open deck was very nice. The house was comfortable and spacious. The beds were very comfortable and kitchen was large and functional. I would highly recommend this property for a relaxing vacation or a large family gathering.

Last weekend, we stayed at this residence to attend a Clemson game. The house was pristine and furnished with all the essential amenities, comfortably accommodating nine guests. It is located directly on the lake, offering stunning scenic views. We will certainly consider staying here again, given its convenient location only twenty minutes from Clemson and it's beautiful property.
