We were in town for a Clemson campus tour and Caden 's condo was perfect! It was clean, comfortable, and very close to campus. It was the perfect size for a family of 4, esp with a teenager and pre-teen who each got their own room and bathroom. If we find ourselves in the area again, we will definitely choose Caden's place.

Quick Visit

We made a quick visit to Clemson from Michigan to celebrate our daughter’s birthday with her. It was mom, dad, sister, grandma and grandpa. The 3 bedroom 3 bathroom was perfect for us. The living room and tv was the perfect size for us to watch March Madness in our downtime. We definitely will be staying here again!

Perfect getaway

We came to town for a track meet at Clemson. Location was perfect for a quick trip to campus. Close to food and stores. House was very clean and neighborhood quiet. Host was very quick to respond. Highly recommend.

Spacious and convenient to Clemson

We came for three nights with 5 people for a Clemson football game. The location was convenient and the condo was plenty spacious for all of us. The bedrooms are large with desks and each with its own bathroom which is great. The host was helpful and responsive. I would rent this place again for sure

Spectacular Stay

We drove 12 hours to Seneca for the NCAA Regional baseball tournament hosted by Clemson. The baseball field was 5 min. The 3 bedroom/ 3 bathroom condo was perfect. Caden was AWESOME! His prompt communication was a 10!!! We needed to stay an extra night. Caden got right back to me and made it happen. My daughter realized she left her wallet 3 hours into our trip home. I contacted Caden, they found it and immediately mailed it back with everything still inside. If you do anything in Clemson, this is the place to stay! Caden is a great host!!!
