The living area also features air conditioning for your comfort. From here, you can step out onto the terrace. The open-concept kitchen is fully equipped with four hot plates, an oven, dishwasher, freezer, and an electric coffee machine, making meal preparation a breeze. There is also a shower/WC on this level.
