The location is good...near to shopping and market...the staff, baomi Ha was so helpful and patient with helping us with bus routes n aso help us to call cab to bus terminal...but room was not that clean especially the carpet....the room aso quite hot as the air con was not working???

overall experience still ok

On the first day, we were all trapped in the lift for about half an hour. On the second day, the shower holder was broken but this was fixed the next day. The bed sheet was not changed for my entire 5-night stay.

It's very clean. Easy to access with a rental car. They had free valet parking . Staff was also very friendly and had good recommendations on the nearby restaurants.

Stay here, you won't regret it.

Don't bother looking at other places to stay. This place was great. Finding the location was easy as it showed up on the map and it is one of the tallest buildings in the city. I have had some issues finding some locations as the Korean name and the English name are different. So I couldn't find it from the address listed on Kakao Map app which seems to be the only phone app that supports navigation in English. This is where it is bad that Google map does not work. When you arrive, the parking is a little different. Because the city is crowded, the underground parking is done by an attendant. This is common in large cities. Expect to wait around for getting your car back and build that into your planning during your stay. I just left my car there as I struggled to find parking in the city anyway. The rooms are modern Western style. I have stayed at some places where the layout is different, but this is something that I am used to. I stay at a lot of hotel rooms and this one did not disappoint. The roof top accessibility is awesome. I was able to obtain great drone footage which was the reason why I chose this place. In the morning, there's no one there and my drone has extended range and I was able to fully utilize it. Staff speak English well and I had no issue checking in. I will be staying here every year when I return. The tourist attractions are within walking distance. Location is good. Accesible to a lot places within seogwipo. Breakfast was good too! And they actually offer 30% off breakfast is we pre book it. And we were given free beer at their rooftop cafe as their 3rd anniversary.
