Well designed mediocre management

This resort was well designed and had a lot of potential when it first opened I would guess. But the execution day to day isn't so smart. So, already a few less durable things are looking a bit worse for wear. Sadly got an instant feeling of "the bare minimum will do" attitude from staff. Also be aware they don't provide the usual things in a room, instead you needed to buy them from their shop downstairs.
