average to good. staffs were courteous but the room and especially the bathroom could have been a little more spotless. the first few days were ok, but i kind of smelled not pleasant after few days of staying. we stayed for 21 days and i think they should do really good (or deep) cleaning after every 3 days.

The location was good. But, the hotel was great. I would recommend it for the Gangnam area and it was a great price. I had to walk to go to the fancy area but I enjoyed that. There is a ton of dining options in the alleyways around the hotel too.
