It's about a 15-minute walk from Myeongdong, so the location is excellent and the value for money is great. The front desk staff were multilingual, which was reassuring. I'd definitely stay here again.

Location is excellent, really close to the metro. Unfortunately a hair scrunchie was found underneath a pillow so that doesn’t bode well for cleanliness. Convenience store located underneath hotel, which starts on the second floor of the building. Gym was OK, pretty small considering the number of rooms in the hotel but having said that, the treadmill was always available when I went. It was also the off season for tourists so may get very busy in the on season. Overall a decent hotel for the price but nothing special

Clean room but we didn’t appreciate that during our stay, the air conditioner didn’t work and no one let us know until we got to the room and complaint that the room is hot. they brought us a fan but it was still hot. For the amount of money we paid for the room, we feel that service could have been better. Not all the staff speak English which made it even harder. One great thing is that they do leave you a basket of towels and water every day which I thought was great
