ENA has been a favorite ever since I started traveling to Seoul. The staff is always friendly and the most helpful in whatever questions I had. The rooms are always so clean and tidied up with the most care. There's plenty of food options around the hotel, there's a several convenience stores nearby, and it's right by the Line 2 subway. So easy to access and a short walk to Namdaemun market. I most likely will always choose ENA whenever I come to Seoul.

We arrived around 9pm, the staff was very welcoming & made check in seamless. We were able to get into our room in less than 15 mins. Every time we passed the lobby we were always greeted and they were always available to assist with any questions we had. Check-out was just as easy well & we were able to store our luggage as we went around before our flight.

This property is tucked away from the busy main streets, but the alley comes alive at night when the office workers nearby get out of work and dine in the many restaurants around the hotel. Our room was spacious with a nice mountain view, and the rain shower came in clutch. The hotel staff was very friendly, and always greeted us with a smile. I would definitely stay here again.

Probably the best hotel cleanliness wise, location, price and convenience. Other reviews talk about how there is a hill, but it’s really not bad at all. The station is right next door and it’s super central to everything.
