The concierge team was very helpful, friendly, kind, understanding and spoke English. The door men and valets were friendly and helpful even though they didn’t speak englishThe front desk staff was nice, Some spoke English. The room cleaning staff was very disappointing and was not thorough or detailed. There was dust and dirt on the the glass shelves in the bathroom as well as the baseboard below the sink counter, in the cabinet next to the the mini fridge. A veriy thick layer. The desk, table and night stand surfaces. I was in the room and the desk and table was not wiped at all and we eat there. Inside the closet and drawers were dusty. Big clump of our long hair from the shower was left in the toilet area. We had to bring it up to the front desk and to the concierge. We had to regularly request for toilet paper as it was not replaced each day. Also we had to request for fresh bathrobes as they were not necessarily replaced. I came back to the room and saw the maid watching tv and then vacuumed part of the room like a S and not the whole room. We clean ed the dust and wiped the surfaces ourselves.

The hotel staff very helpful, the hotel lobby glamours, but the room temperature can’t set below 23.5c, very warm make me sweat. The hotel response to AC concern by citing government standard for saving energy, not sure if that’s true. The room sometimes smell sewerage. I stay for 7 nights and asked to change room on 3rd day, but get reply straight away that’s not possible. In my opinion, this hotel maybe good for people on business account who do not give a damn what they pay for, but not personal traveller/holidays maker who count every dollars spent.
