We enjoyed our stay at Mondrian Seoul Itaewon very much. The hotel is so very nice with beautiful appointed rooms and lovely restaurants and bars.The staff were amazing, they attended to all of our needs and inquiries. Erin was wonderful, she checked us in earlier after our arrival from Italy, arranged to store our luggage in storage until we returned back to the hotel from our Busan stay and looked after us in our last three days in Seoul, she was a gem. Kenny help us navigate and made suggestions for our visits in Seoul and Symphony was so very kind to treat us to some wine and make us feel very special, we were celebrating our 40th wedding anniversary. We had a wonderful time, thank you to all.

Located too far from the strip. The hotel itself will nickel and dime you for every service in the hotel even the free services have charges. They also like their rules. There were 10 empty couches by the bar. We sat there to wait for an Uber and we got pushed out of the area

Great breakfast buffet with a range of western and local choices. The gym in the basement is pretty good and comprehensive so better than many. Our room faced the back and despite being on a high floor did not have much of a view. Rooms facing the front have a very good view, as we saw when one was being cleaned.

The hotel was very impressive. From the entrance you are welcomed by lovely staff, the hotel is wonderfully scented. Check in was easy and straightforward. The room was well decorated and spacious. The location was perfect, short walking distance from main street, shops, transport, etc.
