Nice property. Very conveniently located for the street markets. But the best part by far was Rosy. She was beyond amazing. We arrived to check in late in the evening. We were hungry and she not only recommend a place but ordered it for us and the food was out of this world great. Then she got taxis for us many times, she recommended tourist places and kept in touch with us constantly throughout our stay of 10 nights. Honestly, if it wasn't for Rosy Nine Trees would be at a huge loss. We love Rosy.

The hotel was fantastic! The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful, especially the front desk.(Steven). Our room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. We especially appreciated the comfortable bed and the quiet atmosphere, which made for a restful stay. Also, they clean and stock our room with fresh towels everyday. The location was also ideal, with easy access to local attractions. I highly recommend this hotel.

Upon Check in, we were being served by a very helpful and friendly male staff (Daniel) who is also the Manager of the hotel. He displays great customer service and professionalism in helping his guests. Location of this hotel is very convenient and accessible to the subway and bus stations. It's also convenient to many popular restaurants and local food nearby. I will be back again for my next trip to Seoul.

The location was great for us. (first time to Korea). The hotel is clean has comfortable beds and has the the best water pressure in the shower. The staff is friendly and helpful. I would go back again for another stay.

The room met my expectations in terms of comfort and cleanliness. Areas for improvement : shower pressure low and on the third day of our stay before we depart , there's no coffee or tea sachets :(

First time staying at this hotel. Room was of good size, two big luggages able to open fully. Location was near but not too near to shopping areas. Airport limousine is just round the corner. Will stay here again.

Our first time to Seoul and we couldn't have stayed at a more perfect location. A family of 3 - we booked a triple room and it had a great amt of room for us all. In the hall - just around the corner of our room, was a water dispenser with cold and boiling water - which was helpful when eating ramen from the convenience store. There is also a luggage prep station where you can weigh and prepare your luggage before heading to the airport which was great for us. The ladies at the front desk were fabulous. Very helpful and extremely friendly! As for location - it was perfect. Minutes away from the station - made it handy for our daily travels. Several convenience stores close by for loading up on drinks and snacks. In the evening - the streets near us turn into a night market with street food vendors and other vendors (clothes, purses etc). So fun to explore. In the morning there are a plethera of cafes to choose from for breakfast options and coffee or tea. The last point is that we were just around the corner from the bus stop for the Airport Limo bus. All in all a great experience and We would absolutely stay here again!
