Semi-basement unit nearby Achasan and Children's Grand Park in Seoul
Neat and cozy space for tourists grouped less than 3 in the eastern area of Seoul where is easily access to the downtown by subway, purple line #5 and to the countryside by the express bus through Dong Seoul Terminal. Ideally staying here more than a month with the affordable rate at the native town called Gwangjin-gu just like one of Korean citizens.
Room 1 Queen-sized bed, 1 extra single mattress pad is available
Living room Local TV set, Wifi
Kitchen Refrigerator with freezer top 2 holes electric stove Microwave Washing machine
The accomodation was exactly as advertised. Everything is included for a great stay. The washing machine/dryer combo is a great plus for longer stay. The host is very helpful and responds quickly. The terrain around is hilly so by warn if you have limited mobility.
Overall, a very good find.
I needed to return to Seoul for dental treatment and had no reservations about rebooking this place. Very quiet location with easy access to public transport and local shopping (note: hilly terrain).Within walking distance to Mt Achasan trails and Childrens Grand Park. You won't find a better communicator than Seunghee, who was eager to offer any assistance required.
This was the perfect place for me to stay, and I plan to return on my next trip to Seoul. Close to transportation, exceptionally clean and the host is absolutely the best with communication and went way beyond the call of duty to help out.
First of all the neighborhood is really safe and peaceful, it's the ideal place for people who are looking for a quiet place to stay. Everything was clean, organized and wonderful! I was able to work, read, relax and sleep well in this place! Highly recommended!! Also Seunghee was top tier as a host, always kind and caring about my needs and questions. I had the most amazing time at your lovely home, thank you so much for everything!!!
The accommodations were exactly what we needed. Two people who were going to spend most of the days exploring Seoul and surrounding areas so we didn't need an elaborate unit. It is a one-bedroom, one-bath with a separate living room and a generous sized kitchen with a full sized refrigerator, washer, separate dryer and AC. The unit is in a residential neighborhood and was within a 5-10 minute walk to the Seoul Subway. Lots of different restaurants, grocery stores and other assorted retail stores. The 2 things I would note: First - the bathroom is a wet room; i.e., the sink, toilet and shower share the same floor and space. Second - the unit sits in a building that is uphill so if you have mobility problems or issues, you may want to reconsider. Otherwise, we had no complaints and the host was very reachable with questions.
My stay was amazing. Everything was clean. My host was responsive, helpful, and even made me homemade gimbap my first weekend there. Just the nicest stay.
