The room was gorgeous with a fantastic view. We had club access however unless you're already a member its definitely not worth paying for. The breakfast in the club area was a little limited and not really at the 5 star luxury level you would expect for a hotel of this value. Overall a great stay.

We had an amazing 11-night stay at Sofitel Seoul. The staff were warm and welcoming every day, and a special thanks goes to Mr. Leo Kwon, who went above and beyond to accommodate our last-minute requests. His sincerity and dedication made our stay truly memorable, and we are extremely grateful. Excellent when I say a five star hotel, I mean a five star hotel!!!! From the moment I arrived till the moment I left I was treated like a welcome and honored guest. The concierge service was phenomenal. They went above and beyond to make sure that my stay was as easy and as convenient as possible, they were ready with recommendations and were very attentive. I had never stayed at a Sofitel before I usually stay at Andaz‘s but I wanted to stay at a five-star hotel in Seoul that was so iconic. Literally next to the lotte world mall, it was extremely refreshing to be in such a luxurious hotel: my view, my room, the restaurants, the swimming pool, the spa the gym, the breakfast, the guest It was absolutely amazing. I cannot recommend this property enough.
