Great stay

Great location. Close to subway. Lots of restaurant nearby. We were allowed to do early check in. We got fresh towels and free water bottles daily without even requesting.

Broke my back by sleeping on the floor. Thankfully by travelling solo I could use two mattresses on top of eachother but still I got bruises. No sight of any staff for 2 days. Automatic check in is great but if you have any questions you need to make a phonecall...of course you must have a sim in that case...and yes I didn't have one. Wouldn't stay again.

I booked for 2 quadruple rooms and got only 1 quadruple room when we arrived at the hotel. The shower had only cold water on our last night stay. Overall it was ok but we were not impressed.

Better than normal Guest House

It’s mixture of motel + Guest house. Clean motel quality + guest house stacking beds. A little disappointing is only dirts below the bed or between furnitures. I recomment Tmap park or KakaoT Parking. Guest house suggested parking lot don’t have credit card support, and outdoor site. Expensive than another promotion supporting indoor parking lot.

Awesome guest house

Actually I was a bit apprehensive to stay in a hostel with my family, you know bunk bed and all, but Soosong Guest House was way better than expected. It was super clean, big enough for 3 adults and 2 kids and filled with amenities that are not usually provided in hostels. I would definitively return to Soosong and would recommend it to anyone.

My stay was really everything I needed in order to make my trip to Seoul go smoothly. I was there to visit the Japanese Embassy and the guest house is less than a five minute walk away. There’s also 3 convenience stores within steps from the entrance, and plenty of restaurants and fast food establishments in the area to chose from. The subway and bus are also easily accessible. Tim gives directions which is super helpful as well!! I was able to get around to different districts, and to and from the airport easily. Tim, the owner, and the other staff are very easy going,relaxed, and welcoming upon arrival, which made me immediately feel at ease. Tim also makes himself available for anything you need 24/7. His contact info is posted on the front desk so if he is not around, you can still reach him. When I reached out within minutes he was back at the lobby to help me and everything turned out fine. The room is clean and spacious with a private bathroom, there’s housekeeping so you get fresh towels everyday too. All toiletries are provided which is perfect for a forgetful or budget traveler, and it was quiet, with no disturbances. The area overall is well lit and safe.I felt at ease making late night runs to CU or 7/11. Its bustling day and night so there’s no need to worry about going out alone. I really wish that I would have found Soosong during my prior trips to Seoul , I could have saved a lot of money and still had the same level of experience and enjoyment.

The staff were very friendly and accomodating. They have a rooftop where you can chill and have dinner with family or friends. It felt like in korean dramas! On our last day, the manager even treated us ice cream! ❤

I'm very impressed with everything Susong Guest House has offered. Great location. Easily accessible to Myeongdong and Insadong. We would have stayed here for the entirety of our visit if we knew it's this nice. Also, very nice and helpful staff. Thoughtful and very kind. Would stay here again for sure!

Very comfy and accessible!

We had an amazing stay. The place is very accessible to tourist destinations. There are two convenience stores just outside the hostel. They provide towels generously (everyday), however they don’t clean the bathroom everyday. Our room is in the basement so there are no windows and views, the elevator is not going down the basement so we had a hard time going up and down with our heavy luggages. We would love it more if there is a window. The bus stop is very near, Myeongdong is 2 stops away, Insa-dong and Gyeongbokgung Palace is very close as well. Tim is very nice, he even treat us at the convenience store nearby. He helped us get a taxi going to AREX station when we check out. Overall, we had a very comfortable stay. Definitely booking this place again when we go back!!

It was our (my friend and I) first time to Korea. We arrived at the hotel around 4:00 PM. Tim helped us check-in. He immediately gave us larger towels since the towels in Korea are very small face towels which they use for their entire body. The room itself was small, but perfect in size since we didn’t come to Korea to spend much time in the room. The room and bathroom was also very clean. Tim was extremely helpful in many ways, including helping us navigate the city and ordering food late one night when all the shops were closed.

This was a really amazing property in a great area of Seoul. We had a late flight and didn’t reach the hotel until 2am, and they accommodated our late arrival. They were very helpful and accommodating and spoke very good English. Tim at the front desk was extremely helpful our whole stay and made for an enjoyable experience. The location was great and was 5 minutes away from a metro stop opening and a public bus stop. The room was soacious and offered air conditioning and heated floors! The bathroom was nice and had ample counter space. Any time I am in Seoul, I will definitely stay here!
