Poor standards.
Apart from the good location, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel at all. They even ask money for any extra pillow you need. Poor breakfast at Western standards.

Super convenient, good service
Superb location. We had problems with kettle and socket at night, and the receptionist promptly came to our room to settle the issue for us, and made sure we were ok before she left. Appreciated it.
