Maintenance and Laundry Amenities were not convenient outside of standard hours. Laundry was restricted to 10am-7pm and maintenance request were only handles between 9am-5pm, even when it is a toilet issue.

I need to remember to get this again next time. It’s close to Seoul station and pretty quiet. Downsides are that it is at a steep incline and there are barely any perks aside from the location.

This is a good little hotel. Very quiet and I felt safe both walking around the hotel and inside even though there wasn't a desk attendant when I was coming and going (you're provided a code to access the hotel). The rooms are small but not claustophobic and spotlessly clean. I appreciated having the microwaves in the basement for my late-night ramen. Even though you can practically see the hotel from Seoul station, where the pedestrian walkways (you'll have to cross around 11 roads) are situated means the walk is actually 10 or 15 minutes to the hotel. And the incline to the hotel is pretty substancial. But it's still an excellent location and you can't beat the price for that location.

On a steep hill so take caution if you have heavy luggage, old age, or with small children planning on walking. Location is very safe since it is right next to the police station. Easy access to transportation fron Seoul Station, bus or subway. Plenty of food and shopping options from Seoul Station. Staffs are helpful and friendly. Room is a bit outdated, our AC was leaking water. Overall, good place to stay.
