A short distance from Livadi is the picturesque Chora, the capital of Serifos and perhaps one of the most beautiful of the Cyclades. It spreads over a hill about 230 meters high, adorning it all the way to the top with all-white houses and churches, faithfully observing the traditional Cycladic Architecture. The rocky terrain is carved by a cobbled stepped path, often interrupted by the asphalt road, and connects the districts of Kato and Ano Chora, while the narrow alleys branch up to the Castle at the top. Sea Esta Serifos is located in the traditional settlement of Kato Chora and promises you moments of relaxation overlooking the endless blue of the Aegean.

The space
Sea Esta Serifos accomodates a fully equipped kitchen with everything you may need for a pleasant stay, a bedroom with 2 double beds, 2 single beds, a dining area for 6 people and a bathroom with a shower. From the roof of the house you can enjoy the view that its location offers you! Please note that finding parking in the area is quite difficult, but within a 10-minute walk, in Ano Chora, there is a large parking space.

At Livadi, the liveliest part of the island, you will find many bars, cafes, restaurants, bakeries, supermarkets, shops of all kinds as well as the island's only bank, ELTA post office, port and police station, press agency and gas station. The most popular beach of Serifos, Psili Ammos, is 1.7 km away from the property. Livadakia, the second most quickly and easily accessible beach, is large and in the shape of a horseshoe, with thick golden sand and lots of tamarisk trees for shade and is 1,8 km away from the property. The enchanting Ganema beach with its deep blue waters will surely impress you. The beach of Vagia with wild beauty, coarse sand and perhaps the most beautiful seabed of the island, with colored pebbles and crystal clear waters is 4.7 km from the property. If you sit until sunset you will be compensated by the view of the sun disappearing behind Aspro Kavos. In the village of Megalo Livadi you will find grocery stores, cafes and taverns.

During your Stay

For hot water please push up the switch on the electricity board that is in a down position. When you have enough hot water, please push the switch in the down position again.
Please ensure to switch off the air conditioning unit and lights when leaving the apartment.
