Your villa, located in Valras, with an area of 45 m² for 4 people, consists of:

- Terrace with small fenced garden;
- Equipped kitchen (refrigerator, microwave-grill, kettle, toaster, electric hob, dishwasher, filter coffee maker, crockery and kitchen utensils);
- Bedroom 1: double bed (140x200);
- A bathroom with shower, and separate toilet;
- The accommodation has air conditioning;
- The accommodation is equipped with blankets and pillows;
- Heated communal swimming pool;
- Private and free outdoor parking space no. 32;
- Possibility to borrow board games and an iron at the reception.

The La DUNE residence is ideally located:
- 450 metres from the sandy beaches;
- 1 kilometre from shops and restaurants;
- 1 kilometre from the supermarket;

Bedlinen, towels and end-of-stay cleaning are extra:
- End-of-stay cleaning: €70
- Bedlinen pack: €16 per bed
- Towel pack: €12 per person

A security deposit of €500 is required on arrival.
