This hillside residence dating from 1823 combines old-world charm with modern comforts, making it the perfect place for a family get-together or a get-together with friends! Just a few kilometres from Foix and in the heart of the Ariege Pyrenees Regional Park, Le Mas de la Coupière promises a relaxing stay.

This 3-storey, 224 m² house can accommodate up to 12 guests and comprises a dining room, living room, fully-equipped kitchen, 6 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, separate WC, sauna and a beautiful garden with terrace and swimming pool. Bed linen and towels included.

The accommodation comprises
Ground floor:
- Living room with 3-seater sofa, armchairs, bookcase and TV.
- Light-filled dining room with large dining table for up to 12 guests, sideboard, decorative fireplace and upright piano (please use with care).
- Large, bright, fully-equipped kitchen: dining table, 5 chairs, dishwasher, oven, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, kettle, fridge, freezer, hob, crockery and cutlery... .
- Relaxation room with sauna for 4 people, shower and exercise bike.
- Separate WC.

First floor :
- Large master bedroom with double bed (140 cm x 190 cm).
- Shower room and WC.
- Bedroom 2 with double bed (140 cm x 190 cm).
- Bedroom 3 with double bed (140 cm x 190 cm) and French window opening onto a small balcony.
- Bedroom 4 with double bed (140 cm x 190 cm), glass wardrobe and decorative fireplace.
- Bedroom 5 with single bed and writing/reading area.
- Spacious bathroom with double washbasin, jet shower and bath.
- Fitted utility room with washing machine.

Second floor:
- Lounge with armchair, coffee table and TV.
- Bedroom 6 with a double bed (140 cm x 190 cm) and a single bed, as well as an open-plan shower room with shower and washbasin.

Games available for teenagers and adults, to keep young and old entertained during your stay.

Outside :
- Beautiful unheated above-ground swimming pool measuring 5.25 x 2.80 x 1.15, open from April to October. The terrace around the pool is newly tiled. Parents are entirely responsible for their children's swimming.
- 600 m² south-facing garden planted with flowers and trees.

3 terraces surround the house:
- On the ground floor, a terrace with a table for 12 people in the shade of stretched canvas, benches and small tables, barbecue, sink and gas hob. You can enjoy your lunches here.
- Shaded half-landing terrace with table and 4 reclining chairs.
- Terrace surrounding the swimming pool with garden furniture consisting of two armchairs and a coffee table, as well as 4 deckchairs.

Neighbourhood:
The hillside house is located in a quiet, unoverlooked area in the Ariege Pyrenees Regional Park. You will find a bakery and a small grocery shop 300 m away.

- Lake Mondély is 23.1 km away (30 minutes by car).

In the heart of the Ariège, Le Mas de la Coupière is the perfect base from which to discover the treasures of the region. For the more adventurous and thrill-seekers, there's paragliding from Prat d'Albis and canoeing down the Ariège!
