The fully equipped kitchen is ideal for preparing family meals, featuring a dishwasher and all essential cooking utensils, combining traditional character with everyday comfort. The lounge area is cozy and relaxing, perfect for unwinding after a day out.

The villa offers five thoughtfully arranged bedrooms, ensuring comfort for all guests. The master suite includes a comfortable double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The remaining bedrooms feature a mix of cozy double beds and bunk beds, with the fifth bedroom offering a flexible sleeping arrangement to suit different group needs. Fresh towels and linens are provided for your stay.

Outdoors, enjoy a private pool for refreshing moments under the sun. The BBQ area is perfect for relaxed outdoor meals, while the spacious garden and terrace invite you to slow down and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. Whether sunbathing during the day or sharing a quiet evening outdoors, this space is designed for comfort and relaxation. Convenient parking is also available for guests.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

A bright and comfortable apartment in Sesimbra, just minutes from the town’s beautiful sandy beach and lively seafront promenade. Guests can explore Sesimbra Castle for stunning coastal views, enjoy fresh seafood at local restaurants, and discover nearby natural gems like Arrábida Natural Park and Ribeiro do Cavalo Beach. Perfect for a relaxing coastal getaway with plenty of nature and outdoor activities.

The property is easily accessible by car.

Lisbon Airport is a 1-hour drive from the property.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 2 PM, pending availability and confirmation.


There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.


Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.


For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.


Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
