Bewertung Casa Bruna Lisanza

Zunächst einmal vorab, die Kommunikation mit Patrizia in englischer Sprache per Whats-App war sehr gut, Patrizia hat sich immer sofort gemeldet. Zur Anreise: Der 100 Meter lange Schotterweg war kein Problem, allerdings sollte dieser Weg unbedingt geebnet werden. Zum Haus: Im Erdgeschoss überall Moskitonetze, typisch italienische Einrichtung mit relativ guten Betten und Matratzen. Es gibt 2 Klimaanlagen die sehr gut funktioniert haben. Das Wohnzimmer sollte unbedingt neu gestrichen werden, die Wände sind fast schwarz und es riecht nach Russ. Die Treppe nach oben ist spannend aber in Ordnung. Küche war soweit in Ordnung, schade, das die Vormieter ihre angefangenen Lebensmittel im Kühlschrank stehen ließen, wer will so etwas schon. Die Dusche (Sitzbadewanne) im EG ist viel zu klein, im OG gab es keinen Duschvorhang. Deutsche Programme waren nicht zu empfangen, wir haben uns mit dem Netflix-Programm begnügt. Das Grundstück ist komplett eingezäunt, allerdings gibt es Katzen. Zum Strand: Der Weg dahin ist wirklich kurz, allerdings muss man beim Nachbarhaus vorbei der 2 Hunde hat, die machen derart verrückt, das man schon Angst bekommen kann bis man das Tor zum Strand aufgeschlossen hat. Aufgrund des niedrigen Wasserstandes war der Strand nicht optimal, aber es ging einigermaßen, normalerweise geht das Wasser bis zur Wiese, liegt man da hin, machen die 2 Hunde des Nachbarn Radau ohne Ende. Überhaupt hat jeder Nachbar einen, meistens 2 Hunde, die bellen ohne Ende den ganzen Tag.

Wij hadden een heerlijke week in Casa Bruna!

Wij hebben genoten van onze week in Casa Bruna. Het was heet (+35°C) en had al wekenlang niet geregend waardoor ons privestrand droogstond, maar hierdoor keken we noodgedwongen 'verder' en kwamen we op prachtige plekken aan Lago Maggiore die we anders wellicht niet hadden ontdekt. Het huis is mooi, gezellig, ruim en met alles erop en eraan en de tuin is perfect! Met liefde onderhouden, erg groen en privé, met overal fijne chillplekjes en een solardouche. En eigenares Patrizia is top!

Der Lago Maggiore ist jetzt nicht das ideale Reiseziel mit Hund

Wir sind nach einer Woche bereits abgereist. Elektrik und sanitäre Einrichtungen sind extrem fragwürdig. Ich habe von der Mikrowelle auch einen Schlag bekommen,vom Gehäuse ,hab sie dann ausgesteckt. Alles extrem ungepflegt! Die Gastgeberin wirkte bei unserer Ankunft angetrunken, wenn nicht sogar betrunken. sie ist dann danach in ihr Auto gestiegen und nach Mailand zurück gefahren. Ihr englisches italienisch über 2 Stunden war für uns kaum erträglich. Die 50 m bis zum Strand stimmten zwar, aber der Strand war für uns nicht zugänglich. Alles mit Schilf zugewachsen. extrem viele Mücken, mit denen aber man in den Gegenden natürlich rechnen muss. Wir haben uns dagegen natürlich auch Abwehrmittel gekauft. Und die liebe Dame hat dann nach unserer Ankunft daheim geschrieben, dass sie 100 € von der Kaution ein behält, weil wir angeblich illegal Müll entsorgt hätten. Also ganz ehrlich, wer gar keine Ansprüche hat, kann sich das ja auch antun. Ich hab jetzt mal ne Bewertung abgegeben. Mal schauen, wie lange diese Bewertung drin bleibt, wenn sie überhaupt öffentlich ersichtlich gemacht wird.

Wir haben das Haus aufgrund se...

Wir haben das Haus aufgrund seines Seezugangs gewählt, da wir unser neues Kanu ausprobieren wollten. Seezugang wunderbar. Das Haus ist sehr schön und geräumig, mit Mobilar welches eine sehr typische und harmonische Einheit mit ihm bildet. Die Ausstattungist nahezu perfekt, es fehlte uns an nichts. Anfang Mai war es im Haus noch recht kühl, besonders in den Abendstunden. Der Garten ist ganz bezaubernd, in allen Ecken blüht und gedeiht es. Im heissen Sommer sicherlich ideal als Schattenspender. Reisetipps: Lisanza ist wunderbar, wenn man Ruhe und Erholung wünscht. Man ist sehr schnell mit dem Auto in größeren Orten und kann dann von dort z.B. Schiffstouren machen, Märkte besuchen u.v.m. Der wunderschöne Fluss Ticino ist ganz nah, sowie auch einige Naturschutzgebiete. Wunderschöne Ecke!!

Das Haus ist sehr idyllisch un...

Das Haus ist sehr idyllisch und hat einen gewissen Charme. Alles was man benötigt ist vorhanden. Leider gibt es keine Dusche. Für ältere Leute ist die Badewanne im Erdgeschoss viel zu eng und zu klein. Wer keine Hunde hat oder mag – jeder dort in der Nachbarschaft hat einen bzw. zwei und die bellen gerne :) Für uns kein Problem, da wir selber einen haben. Ausserdem gibt es kein deutsches Fernsehen – allerdings gibt es einige Videos die man sich ansehen kann. Alles in allem haben wir uns aber dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Reisetipps: Die Landschaft ist wunderschön. Mit der Fähre kann man schnell von Angera in kurzer Zeit andere Orte ansehen. Jeder Ort hat einen gewissen Reiz. Der Markt in Luino ist ein wahrer Gaumenschmaus. Unbedingt das " Rocco di Angera " ansehen sowie das Puppen und Spielzeugmuseeum.

Ok, gestartet hat alles mit ei...

Ok, gestartet hat alles mit einem kleinen Schock. Der Besitzer scheint in der nicht vermieteten Zeit die Immobilie selbst zu bewohnen. So waren weder die Bäder noch die Küche ordentlich geräumt. Vielleicht ein bisschen typisch italienisch. Nach dem wir die Sachen ein wenig geräumt haben, haben wir nur positive Erfahrungen gemacht. Da merkt man eben die Vorteile der Eigennutzung. Die Immobilie ist komplett uneinsehbar eingezäunt. Hohe Bäume sorgen für Schatten und Kühle. Vor Ort eine Gartendusche. Alles im Haus ist funktional. In einer kleinen Werkstatt befindet sich nahezu jedes Werkzeug und Material. Das dazugehörige Seegrundstück liegt 50 m vom eigentlichen Grundstück. Es ist riesengroß und für mehrere Anwohner verfügbar, wurde aber nur von uns genutzt, weil die anliegenden Häuser einen Pool haben.Wir hatten ein kleines Schlauchboot und Luftmatratze dabei und den Seezugang täglich genutzt.Die Lage ist sehr ruhig.Das Haus ist außergewöhnlich hundefreundlich.Das Preis/Leistungs–Verhältnis top.Wir würdendas Haus immer weiterempfehlen.
