They gave us a wrong room with shared bathroom so we had to stay for one night not two, no staff at night or at check in. Other rooms are great and good people. Need a refund for the cancelled night.

La struttura in sé è bella e tutto il concetto è affascinante. Sembra tuttavia un po’ lasciato andare, poco curato, in camera avevo una grossa ragnatela ed il bagno in comune aveva un lavandino tappato e manca il sapone/ shampoo. La colazione era poco ricca e troppo vegana: almeno latte uova e yogurt mi aspetto ci siano!

La habitación era cómoda y acogedora. El desayuno era de calidad y el sitio muy tranquilo. Lo único que no nos gustó fue tener que limpiar el baño cada vez que nos duchábamos. Se inundaba entero.

Estar na Biovilla foi muito bom para relaxar e fugir da loucura da cidade. O staff é muito simpático, os quartos são confortáveis (tirando os mosquitos, mas as redes ajudam!). Todas as casas de banho são partilhadas, facto que não especificava na pagina, mas da nossa parte não houve problema. Demora um pouco entrar e sair do alojamento já que está no meio da serra, por isso pode não ser a melhor opção para quem quer estar sempre a ir e vir. A piscina acaba de ser inaugurada e foi uma boa surpresa!
