Supermarkets are closed on Sundays in Cayman, though most restaurants and gas stations remain open, and some gas stations sell liquor on Sundays. Grocery items can also be pre-ordered and delivered before arrival.

Travel insurance is recommended, especially during hurricane season from August through October, to help protect against trip interruptions and weather-related disruptions.
It had every amenity a guest could need. The furniture to the towels to the glassware were quality and not the utility grade you often find in rentals. Extra touches were everywhere like first aid kits, snorkel gear, lots of towels and quality bedding.
Wonderful location, beautifully furnished. Easy check-in and property manager was quick to respond to a question. Couldnât have asked for a better vacation.

We have stayed at Georgetown Villas many times in the past, but had never stayed at this particular condo # 203. If youâve ever been to the Cayman Islands, you realize itâs very expensive to stay there, but when you can eat in and offset the food cost, you can justify it! This condo had everything that traditionally is in a condo, but had plenty of paper products, nice appliances, plenty of fresh new spices, lots of dishwasher liquid and laundry supplies. These owners thought about every single thing that anyone could want and it was there! Snorkeling equipment and a portable cooler, plenty of linens and complimentary wine and fabric steamer were just a few of the items we used! We were amazed because not only did I bring my own foil, ziploc bags and spices to save a little money, it was already there! We will forever stay at this condo as long as itâs available because the thoughtfulness that has gone into every single detail. By the way the views are beautiful and the condo was very clean and neat.
The condo was absolutely beautiful. It was as described and more. The property manager was there waiting for us when we arrived. This condo was decorated with fantastic furniture and had every cooking convenience that you could ask for. We will definitely want to rent this condo again.
Enjoy the ocean and gorgeous sunsets in this perfect property! We loved how we could walk to several shops and restaurants and the gym nearby offered a punch card. We couldnât be happier.

My wife and I spent 2 weeks here over Thanksgiving and had a great time. The condo is very comfortable and the kitchen is stocked with everything we needed for cooking meals. Everything was super clean! The porch was great for watching cruise ships and sunsets.
We enjoyed the pool and snorkeling right off the beach. There are nice sandy areas for getting in the water as well as ladders on walkways that made it easy access getting in and out. There is a nice ship wreck just down the beach that I went to several time in super clear water with lots of fish to see.
Always plenty of parking. Two nice grocery stores were very close by and rival any of the store in the USA. Both less than 5 minutes away by car.

The property was even better than shown in the pictures! The location was perfect, close to restaurants and grocery store, and we enjoyed the pool and snorkeling right off the beach. The condo was confortable. We enjoyed the great view of the beach from the balconyâŠit is on the southern edge of 7 mile beachâŠthe beach is a bit rocky but charming with tidal pools.
I do wish the listing had mentioned the large building under constructionâŠit is right next to the unit and I did notice the noise in the morning. We were there for Easter where Friday-Monday is an official holiday and appreciated those quiet days. Overall,

This property is the most well-stocked for all visitors--the kitchen has everything you need. Buy and bring nothing for cooking-this place has it all. Additionally, paper products, detergents, tennis rackets and balls, floats, water bottles, beach cooler bag
It was our first trip to Grand Cayman and we were blown away. The condo is in a great location and very clean. The kitchen is well stocked and the bathrooms have lots of towels and washcloths. There are also lots of beach toys provided.
Now, in terms of Grand Cayman, what I wasnât prepared for was how phenomenal the food was on the island. Kirks Market grocery deli even rocks with fresh baguettes and yummy Greek salads. The seafood is obviously outstanding, but the Italian scene on this island was huge to us. It was really good.
We also loved Kaibo by Rumpoint for waterfront dining before hitting starfish point.
All in in, there is so much to do here and we still want to come back. We did bay fishing, and that was a blast. Also we did Stingray City twice, once with a bigger tour and once with a sunset sail.
We have two daughters, 12&14 . They had a lot of fun snorkeling. The water is largely reef around the island. We snorkeled in front of the condo, it was good visibility and there is ladder to the water. There isnât a ton to see, but not bad for being so close.
You can google up good snorkel spots or go out on a boat. All in all, lots to do. For our next trip, my girls want to dive. So thatâs also an option!

This condo is a great location to beach. The view is the best amenity. The beds are very comfortable. There is a pool that is right next to the beach. You will need to rent a car for this location. The rental cars are reasonable. The island is very easy to navigate. This property is centrally located so can drive to restaurants and activities between 5-30 minutes.
All essentials are provided in the property and check-in process was easy. Property manager was friendly and helpful. She was very accommodating to all questions. There is a large building under construction next door so relaxation was not possible during day time hours. They began between 7:30-8:00 everyday. It was quiet at night. The booking manager is not customer friendly.
The overall stay was good. It would have been perfect if we would have been able to sleep late and relax more. We will be visiting Cayman frequently. We would stay here again but after construction is complete.
The property was so beautiful and the condo was amazing. The beds were so comfortable and it had absolutely everything we could possibly need and more. We especially enjoyed spending a lot of time on the balcony overlooking the beautiful turquoise waters of the Caribbean ocean, listening to the waves and watching the sunsets. The access to the water was great and we saw a variety of fish while snorkeling right in front of the condo. The property is located just a short distance from Kirk Market for easy access to groceries and just a half a mile from my favorite restaurant, Coconut Joe's. The property manager, Sonya, was wonderful and very responsive to messages and questions whenever we needed her. We would definitely stay there again!
The unit #203 is beautiful, clean and well stocked (just bring your clothes bc the rest is here). Snorkel off the dock is great, but its rocky, but just a short walk to nice white sandy 7 mile beach. This is our 10th trip to the island and have stayed here at Georgetown Villas twice because of the service, cleanliness and walk or take bus to everything.

Relaxing
Well equipped and close walk or drive to great restaurants, snorkeling and or diving. Beautiful view of cruise chips and sunsets. Likes that we were away from all the âcrowdsâ of people.
The property was so well appointed and is in a wonderful location. The snorkeling right off the ocean entry (see the ladder in the pictures) was wonderful nice and beautiful fish life and with a little effort there is a old reef a bit farther out with great fish life :-) Also as a quick hint - take the drive to Governors Beach - there is a parking area - head up 7 mile beach and go out about 150 meters you will find a beautiful reef to fish watch... Kirk's grocerty is right down the street a Pharmacy within walking distance as was weekly snorkel rental. Great place to relax and unplug.
Great location on the island, and on the property. I loved sitting on the balcony looking over the ocean. The snorkeling in front of the property is good with an easy entry/exit. The interior is beautifully decorated. Everything we needed was available. The management agent was readily available and very nice. Enjoy!
We have nothing but wonderful things to say about this property! It is clean, well-stocked kitchen so you are not running the dishwasher every day, and the views are just stunning. Parking is plentiful if you rent a car and it is a quiet complex with great pool facilities, grills and access to the beach. If you are looking for a beach to sit on, however, that is not really possible here; you can walk at the water's edge but waves practically come up to the wall. It is within walking distance to many restaurants (Fidel Murphy's is a favorite!), Georgetown and Camana Bay, and Kirk's supermarket. Communication with the management was easy and responsive. We could not have wished for a more perfect place to stay and we hope to return next year!
