Hampton charged me a $45 resort fee and would not listen even when I had a receipt from Travelocity for this charge. I had a receipt and I as a customer was automatically wrong even when I showed a receipt. It was very clear.

It’s not on the beach and they don’t have beach chairs for Hampton guests. The token system to do laundry is ridiculous given the resort fees I paid. And they really need a free shuttle at least to and from the airport. I also got ripped off by a cab driver ordered by the hotel for the first time ever in my 5 trips to The Cayman Islands.

This hotel is in the middle of the 7 mile area close to shops and restaurants. The facilities are very nice, beach access is easy and a great spot to snorkel from. My one and only complaint would be the rooms closest to the pool bar can be a bit on the noisy side in the evenings.

The hotel staff was so friendly and accommodating. Loved the outside pool area and also Ms Pipers restaurant was a great place to eat. Only complaint is trying to get the free beach chairs provided by the hotel. If you are not down the front desk by 6 am you will not get any
