We've stayed here several times and at times for more than a week. The rooms are nice size and it's a great location. My pet peeve is that the dispensers in the shower (for shampoo ect) are always empty. Otherwise, it is a good value.

We did not get a balcony room as requested. The window in the room did not lock and they could not fix it so they moved us to a new room. The new rooms on the third floor AC was working so we slept in a hot room, therefore no sleep.

"The pool was covered in leaves and the hot tub was cold. Saunas are old and need maintenance. Front desk said that hot tub takes a while to heat up but didn’t have an hour on hand to wait and find out. "

It would be nice to see some TLC put into the exterior of the building so the outside matches the inside - new paint, fix the shingles and spruce up a bit plus new carpet in the main areas would add a lot to the property.
