So this is a mixed review, Good points, staff were very good, hotel itself no complaints, food was decent. Bad points, unfortunately the hotel had a group of uncivilised guests staying, feral kids running up and down the halls until nearly 3am, when phoning the desk to report this, they was unable to offer much help, it took us to confront the kids and “parents” to get this sorted, not our idea of a relaxing hotel stay. Jacuzzi was not working all weekend

Arrived late evening. Reception staff was friendly and helpful. We were given a disabled room on the ground floor (we did not request this) The room was cold and the heating would not work. The bathroom was more like a hospital cubicle. The room remained cold overnight and it was only at 18°C this morning. Breakfast was good with plenty of choice.

Good location.

The bedroom was larger than many we’ve had but the bathroom could do with modernising. Also the carpet on the corridor was looking very worn. Breakfast was slightly below average compared with other places we have stayed.
