Sleeping Arrangements
The Evening Primrose comfortably sleeps up to 12 guests, making it perfect for multiple couples or families traveling together.
Main Level: Two spacious king-sized bedrooms. Master bedroom with a private en-suite bathroom for ultimate privacy and convenience.
Lower Level: A third king suite plus a cozy bunk room featuring twin bunk beds—ideal for kids or additional guests.
The bunk room and third king bedroom share a roomy Jack and Jill bathroom, complete with both a tub and shower.
A little insider tip: The kids may never want to leave once they discover the games room, packed with fun and just steps away from their comfy bunk beds!

Your Safety & Our Commitment
Security: For your peace of mind, a video camera is installed outside the property facing the driveway (recording 24/7). Your privacy is our priority—no indoor cameras are present.

Sevierville Mountain Weekend

We had a great time at Evening Primrose. The house is all that it was described to be, very comfortable and spacious. Fairly close to Pigeon Forge, with its activities and restaurants, but far enough away to be quiet in the morning and "pitch black" at night. We had one small issue to which Erica immediately responded. Very attentive throughout our 4 night stay. Thank you for a wonderful friends/family vacation!

Highly recommend this spacious and perfectly located property. My family had an absolute blast. The host was very informative and responsive. The views were spectacular, especially from the covered patio with the fireplace going. My kids loved the swimming pool, hot tub, and movie theater, while my wife mastered her barista skills at the coffee bar. This truly was a 5-star experience.

We had such a great stay! The cabin was perfect for our family of six — super family-friendly, clean, and cozy with amazing mountain views. The kids couldn’t get enough of the indoor pool, and the hot tub was a huge hit for winding down in the evenings. The Wi-Fi was strong (a big plus when traveling with kids!), and the endless supply of coffee kept the parents running strong all week. The hosts were incredibly responsive and made everything easy from start to finish. We’d absolutely stay here again!

truly a 5-star experience!

From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. The house is gorgeous and really well-decorated. The memory foam beds were super comfortable and we slept like a dream. The kitchen was REALLY well-stocked with everything we could have needed. The house was very clean. BIG fan of the coffee and espresso bar!! The host was amazing and VERY responsive and even had some replacement batteries and foosballs shipped to us same-day! The drive to the Pigeon Forge strip is right at 10 minutes, which doesn't seem possible given our views of God's creation! Our host offered several great ideas for to-do's, which was really great because the strip is overwhelming with the number of things to do. If we return to this area, we will definitely be staying at The Evening Primrose!

Great Smoky Mountain Find

We had an amazing time during our stay. The owners were very attentive and made sure our stay was 5 stars! We stayed with another family and the house was perfect for 5 kids and 4 adults. Location was spot on as well, close to all Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg activities. Would definitely stay here again. Thanks for the amazing trip.

Wonderful Place

What a beautiful cabin in the woods. Everything was perfect. The coffee bar was exceptional!! The beds were very comfortable...even the bunk beds which the kids loved. Plenty of clean towels for showers and pool activities. The game room was a big hit. I would stay here again and would recommend this place.

Great place - very well cared for and had everything we needed.

This home was beautiful and worked out great for our family! We had all of the necessities that we needed. The road going up is steep and winding. The mattresses are very firm! This place was very clean and well kept. Overall, it was a great place for us to spend time together as a family!!
