Welcome to your family-friendly mountain retreat in Wears Valley! Nestled in the heart of the Great Smoky Mountains, this spacious 5-bedroom cabin offers the perfect blend of relaxation and adventure, just minutes from Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. With plenty of room for up to 14 guests, it's the ideal getaway for large families or groups traveling together.

Enjoy beautiful mountain views from the large front porch, gather for stories around the fire pit, or unwind in the bubbling hot tub under the stars. Your perfect mountain memories start here!

### The Space

Spread out and relax in this 3,000-square-foot, multi-level log cabin, thoughtfully designed for comfort and fun.

**LIVING & KITCHEN**
The main level features a cozy great room with a beautiful wood-burning stone fireplace and a flat-screen Smart TV. The fully equipped kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances, an impressive collection of cookware, and a fully stocked coffee bar to start your mornings right. Enjoy meals together at the large dining table or on the screened-in porch with peaceful views.

**BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS**
Everyone will find their own private space to rest and recharge. All beds are outfitted with soft linens for a comfortable night’s sleep.
- **Bedroom 1 (Upper Level):** A private sanctuary with a King bed, ensuite bathroom, and a Smart TV.
- **Bedroom 2 (Main Level):** Queen bed, Smart TV, and ample drawer space.
- **Bedroom 3 (Main Level):** Queen bed, Smart TV, and plenty of storage.
- **Bedroom 4 (Lower Level):** King bed, Smart TV, and direct access to the outdoor space.
- **Bunk Area (Lower Level):** Two sets of twin bunk beds, perfect for younger guests, sharing space with the theater room.
- **Loft:** A queen sleeper sofa provides additional sleeping options.

The cabin includes three full bathrooms, one on each level for your convenience. You'll find a shower/tub combo in the upper and main level bathrooms, and a walk-in shower on the lower level.

**ENTERTAINMENT & RECREATION**
Fun is never far away! The cabin features two game rooms complete with a pool table, classic arcade games, and a foosball table. Host a movie night in the dedicated theater room, which features a large flat-screen TV and comfortable theater-style seating.

Step outside to your private outdoor oasis. The large yard includes a basketball hoop, lawn games, a fire pit for evening campfires, and a relaxing hot tub.

### Guest Access

You will have private access to the entire cabin and its spacious grounds. Check-in is simple and convenient with a keypad entry. Details will be provided before your arrival.

Your stay also includes access to the community pool and fishing lake, located just 2 miles away (available seasonally, typically April-October). Free parking is available in the paved driveway.

### The Neighborhood

Our cabin is located in the scenic and accessible Wears Valley. You get all the beauty of the Great Smoky Mountains without the stress of navigating scary mountain roads to reach the property—a true rarity in this area! You are just a short 3.5-mile drive from the Great Smoky Mountains National Park entrance, where you can hike, bike, and explore the stunning natural beauty.

Peaceful cabin for family of all ages

We loved being at the end of the street in a cove without another home on one side of us. The large yard was ideal for the kids to play outside. It was peaceful to sit on the front porch or around the fire pit and have a mountain so close by in our view. When I saw the large screened in porch in the photos I was excited. The beds were comfortable. Loved the homeowners story in the welcome binder. Beautiful, NOT dated cabin like some you see. Enjoyed being in Wears Valley
peaceful and not too far at all from Pigeon Forge. The walkers and runners in the family enjoyed the neighborhood because it wasn’t hilling therefore we could get up and continue those routines in the mornings.

Gorgeous mountain cabin

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The cabin was beautiful and the Mountain View’s from the front porch were gorgeous. We enjoyed the hot tub and relaxing in the rocking chairs taking in the view and mountain air. The hosts were very proactive in communicating with us! Overall 10/10.

Great place for get together close to park but far enough from town

Our three families with 6 total teens stayed in the house and it was perfect. The location is private and away from the crazy of town with a gorgeous view of the mountains. The National Park is a very short drive to popular trails and some hidden gems, but also close to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg if you opt for that type of vacation as well. We were looking just to hang out together so we avoided town and cooked in most nights, which was perfect for our group.Lots of additional thought went into this house and kitchen has most kitchen gadgets you might need. Hot tub and game room are a bonus at the end of a day hiking. I would highly recommend.

Family Time is the Best

We had a wonderful family getaway at this beautiful cabin. The owner, Lauren was exceptional in taking care of any concerns that we had during our stay. if I had one thing to mention as corrective criticism, it would be related to the operations of the televisions. It was very difficult to figure out how to use these. I believe it you were used to using a streaming service It wouldn’t be a problem, but I had no idea how to do that. Highly recommend this beautiful cabin as a rental for you and your family

4th of July Meetup

Our family of five reunited with a family of 4 for a fantastic stay in Wears Valley. We really enjoyed the back porch and the kids loved the basement to hangout together. There was plenty of sleeping options and bathrooms. We only had to travel to the end of the community to be able to enjoy the fireworks show in the valley, then enjoyed the firepit at night to stargaze. The hostess took good care of us, especially when I had to call her in the middle of the night. I was surprised when she picked up! I highly recommend Mountain Valley Lodge for a relaxing home away from home.

Wonderful home & location

We have stayed in Wears Valley a couple times now and we just adore the area. This home was tucked just off the main road and incredibly easy to get to. We loved being at the end of the cul-de-sac where our kids and dogs could play freely. Our kids loved the game rooms and the porches. We would absolutely stay here again and would highly recommend it for families.

Great house, location and host!

We had an excellent 1 week stay the week of 3/25/2024. The home was clean, good location - close to all amenities and activities, and the host was responsive. 2 families in the home - 4 adults, 4 kids and 1 larger dog - and there was enough room and everyone still had privacy. Things to note: - Stairs: Not overly cumbersome but if you have folks that have mobility challenges, it is something to consider and plan for your trip. Home layout: Main floor has quite a few stairs from the outside to get up to the main floor/door. It has kitchen, dining area, living room, 2 rooms with queen beds and bathroom. Also is level that leads to the backyard, front porch and hot tub. Basement has theater room/gaming area, bunk beds, 1 room with king bed & bathroom. You can get to the basement area from the driveway without any stairs but will need to use stairs to get to areas like the kitchen & living room from there. Upper level has primary bedroom with ensuite bathroom and loft and obviously stairs leading up to that level of the house. -Basketball Net: We couldn't find a ball (but, in fairness, didn't follow up to ask if there was one located somewhere) so if that is part of what you want to do, either ask the host if there's a ball or bring your own. -Kitchen utensils/tools: Ample kitchen items for use. If you like leftovers, those containers are minimal so maybe bring some. Also, bring items like foil for grill or saran wrap. Great home and host! We highly recommend!!

Gatlinburg Trip

We had a great trip to Gatlinburg. We had my family of four (2 young boys) and another family of four (young boy and girl). The cabin had everything we needed. We booked this particular cabin given the location, amenities and the fact that it had outdoor space for the kids to play. A lot of the other cabins were on the side of the mountain with no yard or so close to others that the kids would have been stuck inside which is not ideal. We will definitely be back!

Vacation

We had a wonderful stay! Loved everything about the cabin/ home. We played pool, went in the hot tub, played basketball and my grandsons loved the video games. Used the fire pit almost every night. It was located near everything we wanted to do. We did lots of hiking, zip lining, water rafting and Dollywood. It was perfect!!! Would definitely stay again!!!
