Toilet seat was loose carpet was worn tack strip showing called each morning at 8:15 to see if we wanted room service was asked when we checked in if we wanted room service we said no for our entire stay

I specifically chose this hotel because it had a pool and hot tub. After I checked in I found out the pool was closed and the hot tub not working. I would have stayed somewhere else...

The place is ideally located but need to upgrade the facility. Staffs are receptive. The room had an awful odor. Stained blankets that I had to ask to be changed. Poor housekeeping.
