Things to Note
Our cabin is loved for its cleanliness, high ceilings, and fun amenities—but here are a few things to keep in mind when booking:
Not ideal for guests with mobility concerns – There are steps leading up to the entrance.
Limited clothing storage – Hanging and drawer space is minimal.
No mountain views – The cabin is located at the end of a quiet road and offers a peaceful setting, but there are neighboring cabins nearby.


Things to Note
► No mountain views, but the wooded, small neighborhood setting and end-of-road privacy offer a peaceful escape.
► Pet-Friendly – Bring up to 2 crate-trained dogs (max 80 lbs each). A $100 pet fee per dog (plus tax and fees) applies (ESA dogs included). Sorry, no cats!
► No smoking indoors or tampering with the hot tub or fireplace.
► We provide a charcoal grill by the firepit and a propane grill on the deck off the kitchen. Bring your own charcoal. We're unable to monitor or replace the propane tank, but if you need to exchange it, we will reimburse you. The closest gas station is just 1.4 miles away (about a 4-minute drive) and offers tank exchanges.

Important Notes & House Rules

✔️ Primary Renter Requirement: Must be 25 or older to book. A Rental Agreement will be sent for e-signing within 24 hours of booking. A copy of the primary renter’s driver’s license is required.
✔️ Critters in the Woods: As a log cabin surrounded by nature, you might see bugs or wildlife like bears, snakes, and more. While we have monthly pest control, please do not leave food or trash outside.
✔️ Basic Amenities: Starter sets of toiletries, kitchen supplies, and dish soap are provided. You’ll need to bring your own coffee, charcoal, and additional supplies (Tupperware, cooking essentials, etc.).
✔️ Firepit Guidelines: Use is prohibited in windy conditions. Fire height must not exceed 18” from the ground, and only firewood should be burned (BYO firewood).
✔️ Mountain Views: While the cabin is surrounded by woods, there are no mountain views, but the quiet setting offers a peaceful environment despite having a few neighbors.
The Nitty-Gritty
✔️ Max 6 guests – No exceptions. Exceeding this limit will result in immediate cancellation and no refund.
✔️ Pet-Friendly – Bring up to 2 crate-trained dogs (max 80 lbs each). A $85 pet fee per dog (plus tax and fees) applies (ESA dogs included). Sorry, no cats!
✔️ No Smoking inside. Evidence of smoking will incur a $250 charge.
✔️ Water: The cabin is on well water with a filtration system. We recommend bottled water for drinking.
✔️ Travel Insurance: No refunds for weather, natural disasters, or power outages. Travel insurance is recommended for peace of mind.
✔️ Security Cameras: There are cameras facing the driveway and the road above the stairs for safety.
✔️ Hot Tub: Please do not attempt to drain or tamper with the mechanical settings of the hot tub.
