Needs improvements to justify price

The house itself is fine. But on the app it's listed as 3 bedrooms. It's not. It's 2 bedrooms and a pull-out couch in the living room. We wanted the kids to have their own room, but with 4 adults, all the kids had to crash in the living room. Also, all of the bathrooms are attached to bedrooms. There isn't a common bathroom or powder room. I suggest listing the house as 2.5 bedrooms to prevent future confusion. There is a Dish Network dish outside, but no Dish channels. Try entertaining kids for entire rainy day with just Netflix. Big disappointment was there was no fire pit. We brought ingredients for smores and no place to do it. The gray house down the hill had a fire pit area, it looked nice and they were having fun. Dejaview had an electric fireplace indoor and the tiniest outdoor "grill" I've ever seen. But my BIGGEST issue was the trash. Just garbage everywhere outside of the property. Pictures attached.
