The Neighborhood:

Conveniently located near Dollywood and downtown Pigeon Forge. Enjoy sightseeing, hiking or tubing. Pigeon Forge - home of Dollywood and Dollywood Splash Country. Pigeon Forge also has an entertainment strip that offers numerous amusement rides, go carts, "The Island" and various attractions for the entire family. Don't forget to check out Ober Gatlinburg, a ski resort and amusement park. This is also the home of the overhead Tram, which can transport you from the top of the mountain directly to downtown Gatlinburg.



Other Things to Note:

*Large front entrance deck, which has only one step and also a wheelchair ramp.

*Hot tubs takes a few hours to heat up after they have been cleaned in case the water is not hot when you check in.

*We cannot do early check-ins or late check-outs from Memorial Day to New Years Day.

*All late check-outs have to be pre-approved 24 hours in advance or a $100 fine will be charged if you stay past check-out time without permission.

*Guests must be at least 21 years old to book this listing.

*This is a dog friendly cabin, allowing up to 2 dogs with a weight limit of up to 35lbs each. A $75 non-refundable pet fee will be charged per pet.

Perfect for the Family

This home worked perfect for our family. Short drive to restaurants and the main strip. Had plenty of room for a family of 10 and the games were a hit with the younger members. Would definitely book again.

Throughly enjoyed our stay!

I can not say enough nice things about this vacation rental! We rented the place for an annual girls trip that we do every year and even brought several of our children with us. It could not be more perfect! From location to every last detail thought of it was amazing! Plenty of extra blankets n pillows, dishes were plentiful the only thing I would add is mixing bowls. The hot tub and back porch area was nothing short of everything we needed. Thank you again for the rental we WILL be back soon!

Quick Mountain Getaway

The host were great to work with. We had an issue with the internet and the hot tub but they responded quickly and sent someone out to help. Check in was super easy. The cabin is set up perfect for a big family! We will definitely book again!

Overall stay was fine. It would have been nice if the drive way was lighted. It was very dark and there was a drop off to one side. Porch lights were also very dim, so it was hard to see at night. Back deck lights didn't work so it was hard to see the hot tub area or tables. We tried every switch possible. Overall, these were not deal breakers but would have been nice. Lastly, when we were packing up to go, someone was waiting for us to leave, care taker maybe, but made us feel rushed. The house was close proximity to everything which was nice.

Host was very responsive before and after check in! Communication was excellent!4 bedrooms with their own bathrooms were fabulous for our family. Outdoor space is a nice fence in area. All the outdoor furniture needs to be replaced. Furniture is worn out and the ones that had cushions, the cushions were filthy. One of the Adirondack.chairs were missing an arm.Pictures in “brochure “ were obviously taken when furniture was new. Several of the flooring boards had gaps in them. Game room and living area were all together making watching TV impossible while others were playing games. Bunk bed mattresses were not comfortable Location was great!

Emma’s Great Find: perfect location for Pigeon Forge/Sevierville. Excellent location for Gatlinburg Golf Course & Dollywood. Fairly quick access to Wears Valley. Backroads to Gatlinburg are best to avoid traffic.Very clean & welcoming. Ramp entry for handicap renters. Comfy seating in living room & reading nook. Pool table, foosball, small air hockey, Wetbar w/small fridge in living/great room. Plenty seating in the dining area w/good sized kitchen. Party of 8; plenty of dishes, glasses, mugs, and cutlery. More cookware than many cabins I’ve previously rented. 3 king bedrooms all w/ensuite bathrooms. 2 upstairs: 1 w/tub/shower combo; 1 w/step in shower. King bedroom on 1st floor w/tub/shower combo. No handicap accessible. Other 1st floor bedroom has 6 twin beds. 2 sets twin bunks with trundle beds under bottom bunks. Not listed in description. Can’t get trundles out due to broken/missing knobs. Room is too small to use both. Bathroom has a step in shower w/a step up pedestal. No handicap accessible shower on 1st floor. One person in my group is wheelchair bound. Handicap accessible matters. I inquired several times; never got answered. All beds comfy except hard bunks.Poor lighting & hard to maintain temp on both floors due to Thermostat being upstairs. Nice large back deck: no view; w/couple tables, 1 is high top; gas grill needs new grates. Many chairs around gas fire pit. Hot tub was clean; New cover on order.Wonderful memories made playing pool and late night cards.
