The only thing I did not like was the strawberry decorate. I ordered at the pool. The strawberry degree shouldn't come with line juice that should come with a strawberry.

Very nice facility. Upon arrival the valets were gentlemen. However, once at the check in desk the lady behind the desk was surprisingly not as hospitable. She was looking everywhere but at us. It was as if we were not even standing there. We just felt very set back and shocked really. Not what you expect from a Dollywood facility. We never got her full attention or felt welcomed. The room was nice and clean. We enjoyed the events and live entertainment. It made it worth the stay. Our waitress at High Note was fabulous. She even came to let us know that her shift was up and who would be taking care of us. Check out was a breeze. Just wish check in would’ve been a better experience.

Perfect!!
Everything was absolutely perfect! All staff is friendly and courteous. The hotel is beautiful!! I’m be of the cleanest hotels I have ever stayed in. The pool was too chilly at the time, but looked great. We enjoyed the fire pit in the evening. Will definitely stay here again!!
