Room was very clean! They layout was surprising but we loved it! Breakfast was one of the better hotel breakfast's I have had. "Balcony" wasn't much because we were on the first floor, but we only stayed one night. If on the first floor, its literally a concrete slab with two chairs open to the parking lot. One of our rooms balcony door was not locked, but nothing looked tampered with, so I didn't care.
