Liam's Retreat is a spaciously designed two level log cabin that is tucked away in a natural resort setting offering 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a game room with swimming pool privileges and wooded views. This beautifully decorated log cabin is located just minutes from Sevierville and Pigeon Forge Outlet Malls, Restaurants, and Attractions leaving visitors feeling close to all the action yet far enough away to feel that you are nestled in a mountain retreat! As you enter the main level, you will find a cozy living room that has a dual reclining sectional sofa, TV, DVD Player, Gas Fireplace, ceiling fan, and wood flooring, a fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances with 4 bar stools, master bedroom that offers a luxurious king size bed, TV, gas fireplace, ceiling fan, and wood flooring with a private bathroom that houses a Jacuzzi and a tiled stand up shower. On to the upper level you will find a lofted game room that has a pool table, TV, CD Stereo System, bar stools, ceiling fan, and wood flooring. Disappointed

We have stayed in this cabin before and had a wonderful stay. This time was way different. We were a group of 3 women stayung 5 nights and there was only 3 bath towels available. 1 roll of toilet paper in each bathroom. The upsairs shower had no hot water and there were hairs in the tub. The toilet in the master ran unless you jiggled the handle. There was 1 trash bag in the can and no extras. I was just disappointed all around. We will defiantly be back but not in this cabin.

Things did not work

The fireplace did not work and required 3 visits from repairman. Hot tub did not work had no jets another repairman cane said it was out of order. The BBQ was not as pictures but a same well used and rusty one that only 2 burners worked Also the place was completely empty no salt & pepper no coffe filters no laundry soap

The owner needs to update the rugs/furniture. Also, very few pot and pans. Thought since there was a coffee pot, there would be filters. Not. Upgrade the toilet paper. Def not a 5 star property.

Celebrating my 60th Birthday & upcoming Anniversary

My man & I was blown away how the Captain looks just like the pictures. Beautiful, Clean, Homelly, Relaxing, and Updated from outside to inside. We had so much fun in the world pool bath in our bathroom it fits two perfectly and it was our first time in one. The shower was huge and water pressure excellent. The kitchen was beautiful. Upstairs was awesome as well. It was only 2 of us but I rented a 2 bedroom because I like extra rooms and I wanted the stars. Playing pool was was extra fun. We really enjoyed it and couldn't stop laughing at each other. Everything from bedroom from bathroom to entertainment room was very clean and nice Upstairs as well. The King size bed slept awesome. We didn't want to get out of it. The sodas (recliners) was so comfortable that I fell to sleep watching tv in them we both did..lmao. The swings was nice outside. The neighborhood was safe and quite. An beautiful upscale area for the Captains. Overall we would definitely return.

Nice cabin

Very cute and clean cabin. Had everything we needed. The only issue I had was I wanted a cabin more secluded, no neighbors, but there was other cabins on both sides but was still very quiet and pleasant. No issues. Great host and rental company to deal with.

Mouse House

Checking in we thought it was a solid vacation spot as we come to this area almost yearly. After a long day of travel I hear something in the bedroom which I then look and come eye to eye with a mouse, I then spend till midnight after being up early chasing this mouse. We then contact them and no apologies were given they said tell us when we can come in. Then the next two days more mice in the kitchen they had “pest control” come out no contact of what was done, no communication of any follow up plans or anything, we get home and find more mice droppings everywhere. To say we would recommend somewhere else is an understatement, they didn’t even offer to give us money back or anything.

Cabin in Sevierville

We really enjoyed our stay. The cabin was close to Pigeon Forge and a short drive to Gatlinburg. So much to see and do. It was nice to have the carport to cover the car during the storms we had while we were there. Cabin was the perfect size for the two of us. The bed in the master bedroom was outstanding. I don't think I have slept that well in a long time. I would recommend this cabin.

Not clean, not wheelchair accessible

Cabin wasn’t clean upon arrival: dirty kitchen floors and white pieces of hard plastic all over living room rug and floor, sticky refrigerator handle, dusty lamp shades. Burned out light bulb in living room ceiling fan, no pot holders or oven mitts in kitchen. I called guest services and light bulb was replaced within an hour, oven mitts/pot holders were delivered in about 30 minutes, cleaning crew didn’t arrive to clean floors until about 4-5 hours after requested. Cabin shouldn’t be advertised as wheelchair accessible because there is no way a wheelchair will fit between toilet and sink to get to the shower. Only wheelchair accessible feature is small ramp on the front porch.

Pigeon Forge getaway

We loved the cabin. The master bedroom was on the 1st floor, which was great for my husband, who has trouble climbing stairs. I chose this cabin because there were no stairs leading into the cabin. Everything was perfect, we will definitely be back!
