The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Check out time is 10am. Clean out the refrigerator. The dishwasher must be loaded with all the dirty dishes and started prior to your departure. Leave all used towels in a bathtub.
Leave sheets on the bed, DO NOT make the bed. If sofa bed was used leave it pulled out. All trash must be put in plastic bags and put in the outside containers, make sure they are CLOSED and LATCHED.
Please put the cover over the hot tub. Bring the swing cushions inside the laundry room. Furniture must be placed in its original location. Turn off all lights, and all appliances & electronics.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
